Mysterdogg Posted April 7, 2019 Share Posted April 7, 2019 It's a hard-coded feature, it would be necessary to identify the memory addresses related to that effect while in-game. Some modders have been able to manipulate it or even change it. Mods like SkyGFX & Goggle are proof of that. Talk with the authors of SkyGFX, they can probably help you.
