Distressedandreas Posted April 1, 2019 Share Posted April 1, 2019 I've been using the alci image editor tool to change my skins and I've used it also to edit the skins during cutscenes (it kinda doesn't work because the skins don't load color) but the only thing I can't figure out is how to change the other character's skins during actual gameplay. Does anyone know how to do this, I know it's possible as I've seen it been done in a lot of videos from the community but there isn't a guide at least to my knowledge on the subject, thank you all. RestractPrime Posted April 1, 2019 Share Posted April 1, 2019 it's simple , find any skin that you want to replace with the new skin in here : https://wiki.sa-mp.com/wiki/Skins:All ex : truth open gta3.img with any tool you want to use , find truth.dff and truth.txd , if it does exist in your gta3.img , then what you need is replace truth.dff and truth.txd with the new skin that you like to change. you need to rename the new skin dff and txd's name in to truth.dff and truth.txd , or any Skin Model Name that you want to replace.
