RARusk
I am planning to open up my PS4 in the near future to do cleaning and thermal upgrades. Although I hear that Arctic Silver is one of the best thermal pastes I have also been reading up on graphite and phase change material based pads to use instead of paste. I have also been trying to find how thick the pads need to be on the other support chips and finding either 0.5mm to 1mm depending on pad maker. At this point I am trying to get more information so I can get the best material for this project and maybe some of you here have done this type of upgrade and see what info and advice you have. "One day I will think of this as just another job. After all, this is what I do."
sivispacem
I swear by Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut as a non-conductive high performance thermal paste.
