Anyway, unless you have a modded Xbox, there is no way to get any kind of trainer or cheat device onto the system for GTA IV. You would need either a JTAG or an RGH modification to the console, that or you would need to own a Dev Console (Though I wouldn't recommend it) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
