That's when Gmail was invite-only Think it's from 2004! I remember the day I signed up for GTAF in an internet cafe to get help with San Andreas. I also remember signing up to Gmail in my old mate's uni. My gmail is so old I got a dot between my first and last name. Gmail doesn't use dots any more. So if you send me an email and don't use the dot/period it still works! The forums were practically still new while I remember browsing Neogaf in which was the first forum I joined in 2002. Pretty much forgot about GTAF up until 2007 when i found useful threads here about SA's territory glitchtes while at the same time looking at IV news and release dates. By the time V came around the site really interested me to the point by finally registering in 2015. IV really brought a whole new level of hype around the forums and really I should have registered back in 07. The hype was real. But then again I was doing all that in Neogaf Experienced a similar thing in RDR2's section when hype was high for any news related things.
