After 9th trout I saw someone right behind me, put my rod away and sure enough this guy starts to shoot me. Fortunately he was a bad shot so I had time to get my Bolt out. He then kept coming after me over and over so got my 5 Bolt kills after all. He was still coming but I rode away, didn't want a red dot. Hopefully this method does work and I just had bad luck with the black loading screen. EDIT: Oh shoot, just saw a clip where it reminded that there are posts in the world from which you can enter Spoils of War. Because I just played Target Race and I took the lead (1st) by a far distance than the others, my horse is the Black Chestnut Thoroughbred (Yh I'm still below rank 50) Here's the thing, when I was 1st and far from the others, I kept smashing A/X but my horse is barley sprinting. Suddenly, when the others reached me and I became 3rd, my horse speed increased and he is able to catch up to the others. I mean really? Horse racing slipstream. F*ck right off R*. But catch up as well? Garbage. Just another reason not to take part in horse racing. I hate how Rockstar could have even made catch up better than they have so easily. If they want catch up so bad why punish the first place instead of giving the last few places a slight boost? And even if you escape the kicking clusterf*ck, odds are you'll get shotgunned in the back. The time I've wasted grinding for prime horses... The "new" (dunno if new, but I just realized it yesterday) race meta seems to be using paint it black to headshot everyone in front of you.
