Deluxo missing

So I bought a deluxo, then got it impounded. Before retrieving it entered someone's heist. Upon returning from heist, my mechanic says it's impounded. But its not in the impound and I cannot make an insurance claim either. Please tell me ots not gone. 3 mil!!

Can your office assistant retrieve it from the impound?

Can you "request personal vehicle" from the interaction menu?

If not, try destroying another (cheap) personal vehicle, it sometimes allows you to claim both.
