Potent Snake Oil for sure. But I do a lot of showdowns, so that's easy.

Potent Predator Bait absolutely sucks. Literally has never worked, not once.

I've bought a lot of these actually.

Special Health Cure and Special Bitters. Both of those nearly guarantee a win during Gun Rush.

Can you survive a headshot with the special health cure? I'd use health cures more, but the idea of them being wasted by being quickly head-shotted just irritates me.

Express explosive pamphlet. Useful for griefers, even when two or more come after you at once.

Most useless was fire buckshot, after all, a blast from a shotgun is deadly enough as it is. Overkill at its finest...

I only have 3 but that Potent Snake Oil sure does come in handy.

Not sure I'll test and find out.

Explosive rounds is the most useful.

Fire buckshot is superfluous, but burning a griefer extra crispy is very satisfying. Moonshine is more difficult to get as animal fat.

Potent horse stimulant is the least used. But I got it from a treasure chest. So I can not complain. I used it to outrun a player assassination. I got awarded $7,25 and 0,03 gold. What are Rockstar's devs smoking? Now I just switch sessions if I get targeted.

Most useful : Express Explosive. Explosive Shotgun slugs are also useful, both as backup (never hurts to have an extra ten rounds.) & "Oh, you thought you were just outside lethal shotgun range?"

Least useful (for ME): Small Game Arrows I can NEVER seem to get a kill or perfect pelt with these things. F*** small game. I'll take panther pelts anyday

Most profitable : split point --> almost done the "craft 1000 items" buckle 10 times so good return on investment. Even better if you consider XP gains.

Most useful : explosive ammo for rifle, cuz you know, I love to take good care of people attacking me for no reason.

Most useless : I dont know which one to choose between the food for horse or the tonics. Ridiculous price tag for a return close to none (except snake oils for pvping I guess)

this is very interesting,Most profitable : split point -->as all suggests thanks all,

Does split point DRAIN dead eye slower than other ammo types?

I want to say that potent snake oil didn't have a pamphlet to collect. It was literally free.

Most useful - express explosive, dynamite arrow, poison arrow.

Most useless - all.

For my anti griefing any of the explosive ammo but im using the Incendary buckshot on low level griefers at moment, it doesnt always kill em strait away but they squeal like f*ck when burning alive slowly

Just to be clear, you mean potent snake oil (the one everybody has for crafting?) or special snake oil (which you need to buy the recipe for)?

In theory, yes it does. I've never checked that to be fair

Potent Snake Oil. Been a very long time since I got hold of the crafting recipe, so I guess it may well have been there since the start. I feel like I bought it, but my memory is probably just off. I've bought a lot of them.

Edit: I did buy special snake oil too, but I find it takes too much Indian tobacco, so I just keep it stashed for emergencies.

I got a horse stimulant or whatnot pamphlet today from a treasure chest. Later I tried opening it to learn the recipe but it didn't say anything. In the list it didn't have a check mark after reading it. Weird stuffs.

No, not yet, I have to try that. I got disconnected yesterday (just as I shot a hawk but didn't have time to pluck it) before I could get to a fire.

Hands down Express Explosive. The thing has paid for itself 10x over in Gold, not just for a .5 PvP challenge, but also for being able to do all 7 when there's PvP ones. If it's a Freeroam Event, I get my kills before the thing even starts.

Most useless is Special Miracle Tonic, which I found in a Treasure Chest, haven't and most likely will never use it.

Just an FYI, any recipe that you can craft that has "Potent" in it. was never a pamphlet. The only two are the 2 baits which you have to buy.

Most useful: Volatile dynamite? (if it's truly better than regular dynamite)

Least useful: Any one of the herbal drinks... I'm usually maxed out on them.

BTW; what exactly do the "poison" arrow and "poison" throwing knives do? I assume it's marketing speak for "more damage"?

I'm still waiting for real, practical usage of various types of keys for unlocking doors (a mechanic that's a very cool feature of game play in Escape from Tarkov).
