Which law enforcement(s) is/are actually the most brutal?

Maybe I'm just unlucky, but everytime I've tried it, it doesn't seem to make that much of a difference. It could be the vehicles I'm using or where I'm parked.

No problems - to be honest, I only tried it when there was some sort of obstacle between me and the police, so I'd park behind a fence which doesn't really obscure the car, but then I also duck, so my theory is that both factors work in combination to reduce your "visibility" level - and the police cars drive past.

Well I still have fun with 3D era cops, they are fair in terms of combat.

GTA V cops are are crazy, you ended with result that is better not to participate in rampage. They are spawning ramdomly in places where is not even possible to drive with car and this is pretty stupid for game made after 2010 . Not mention unlimited amounts of units, like why shoot down helicopter when brand new appear a second later.

For example you fall down when running and they shoot you like maniacs on ground. Even if you do nothing, because you get two stars in this game for free and they shoot on sight after.

The problem with V cops isn't so much that they're hard as that they're fake hard. Cops being crazy aggressive I don't mind, in 3D era it makes for exciting and challenging police chases. But when the shooting accuracy, "searching" for you, speed of the cars and the way they just repeatedly ram your bumper, and the way they appear and disappear on the map in set ways is so obviously scripted, fake and predictable it's just annoying and tiresome.

LSPD. They dispatch a chopper every second.

So basically GTAV wanted system is so awfully executed that it's annoying and fake hard, yet older gtas have brutal but at least challenging law enforcement?

I'd say so. Like GTA V's system isn't that bad, I still enjoy the game, but that's how it is in comparison to the others. Law enforcement in VC with stingers shredding tires, getting beaten down to the ground with a nightstick, Miami Vice style guys stepping out of sports cars and machine gunning me, tanks appearing round corners to blow my car up on contact, and insane cops driving down pavements trying to run me over is more exciting than the predictable police car bumping my bumper over and over and magical aimbot shots hitting me in V.

It's funny because GTA V still has the most realistic wanted search system in the series (yes its more realistic than GTA IV)

The problem I have with GTA V's ai in general is that they don't scale to rather your using auto aim or not. So if you have auto aim, it's perfectly balanced while if you don't then your royally screwed to just spray and pay.

V had the elements, but it'll be close to perfect if the cops didn't always have autoaim and the players didn't have very little health.

when it comes too bullet damage it follows the same 3x damage resistence to bullets like every other GTA since GTA III so that's not the issue (it even goes one step further by halfing the damage of shotguns to make it 6x damage resistence when used by NPCs something not present in any other GTA.)

I think if you have auto aim, the cops should have gta V accuracy and if you don't then they should have GTA IV accuracy because both GTA V and RDR2 are nigh unplayable for me in free aim

The cops in III/VC/VCS would eat V's for breakfast.

GTA III and VCS yeah but VC/LCS is pretty calm. SA is in between however.
