Not been given my oppressor mk 2

I've been saving up for almost 4months for it and when I got enough money I bought it and never arrived at my garage

Are you able to be an MC President (motorcycle club)? 

 

If so, sign on as one of them and attempt to call it from the MC Club menu.

Could you make a call to Mors Mutual Insurance on your phone in-game and see if it comes up anywhere there? 

Before I suggest opening a support ticket with Rockstar - it's not a case of the vehicle being delivered to a garage "storage" is it? Could you try entering the garage you requested the vehicle to be delivered to, then go into the blue corona (marker) and see if the Oppressor Mk.2 is listed there in the garage management menu. 

 

If both of these don't provide an answer, contact Rockstar Support by opening a Support Ticket. Give them as much information as possible and then submit the ticket. Once it's been submitted, there should be a space for you to add another reply, and in that, just state "I've been told this has been happening with other player's accounts too, since the Oppressor Mk.2 went on sale on Thursday" as there's been a few similar reports of it.
