1_C3 Posted March 12, 2019 Share Posted March 12, 2019 Hello, I just want to ask how to downgrade Grand Theft Auto IV 1.0.8.0 to 1.0.4.0. - I got the game from steam along with other Grand Theft Auto Titles - I'm currently using Windows 10 Pro I have installed mods before but some of the mods were not working in 1.0.7.0, I have read a thread on this forums but I didn't see any instructions on how to downgrade, I have played the pirated version of the game ( I don't know the game version but the mods worked and I was able to play but had to get rid of it because of a fuzzy screen ) I found a guide in Steam I'll try it out once the game finishes downloading, and lastly I just want to ask a question, Will I be able to unlock achievements if I decide to downgrade the game? I just finished the game yesterday I have 65% game completion at the moment, If I get 100% game completion on the downgraded version will I unlock the achievements or not? thank you in advance. - Eisy (or 1_C3) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Solution 1_C3 Posted March 12, 2019 Author Solution Share Posted March 12, 2019 Hello, I was able to downgrade the game to 1.0.4.0 with this guide Steam Guide and it was successful and now I just realized that LCPDFR is not compatible with 1.0.4.0 so I'll just downgrade to 1.0.7.0 by doing this Downgrading GTA IV/GTA EFLC by Cyan of LCPDFR.
