If there is already an existing thread about this topic, then mods please feel free to lock this one. What are your specific goals for Red Dead Online? What do you strive towards the most? Cash, XP, an imaginary K/D, or do you just want to be able to start a mission without it glitching out 90% of the time? Please feel free to leave your goals and achievements for RDO down below, for those wondering, here are mine: - Complete all Buckle Awards - Own every Clothing Item - Own all Pamphlets and maximize all Ability Cards I don't expect to accomplish all of these anytime soon, but it's definitely something that'll keep me motivated enough to play in future. Van_Hellsing Posted March 10, 2019 Share Posted March 10, 2019 (edited) - Reach level 100+ - check- - Buy all explosive pamphlets - check - - Buy an A-frame tent for my camp - check - - Buy the advanced saddle bags for my horse - check - - Buy the beaver roping saddle - check - - Assemble a cold weather outfit - check - - Get the ability cards that matter and level them up to level 3 - check - - Be able to regulate trolls - check - Burning them extra crispy does the trick most of the time. I am a happy camper. Maybe the fox trotter and upgrade some lesser used ability cards from tier 2 to 3. But nah. No worries. I wait until properties drop. My avatar is stuck at 6% overweight. I do not feed my poor avatar and ran the virtual marathon to no avail. So get a not overweight character is my new goal. Then move on until Rockstar not only gets Online out of Beta, but fix, and add a bunch of Single Player content so I can truly 100% that as well. I forgot to mention that after the second cutscene, where it shows the outlaw's hired men running towards your location, that it will also sometimes teleport him to the end of the basin, playing the third cutscene until you make the choice, and abruptly ends because the outlaw dies. Is this also caused by players killing the outlaw or is it an entirely separate bug? EDIT: Apologies for this not being in the Bugs post, don't want to derail the current topic. Could be caused by players or be a glitch, I have no appropriate answer to that one in particular as I havent't witnessed this thing with him teleporting towards the other end of the basin. Keep looting enemies from gang hideouts and ambushes, hoping to get a treasure map or two off of them. Though I hadn't gotten any since this weeks event had begun. What I'd want now is a proper house. I see all these abandoned cabins in the wilderness and I can't use them. I can't even rent a room at a hotel. Pressure Drop Posted March 11, 2019 Share Posted March 11, 2019 Rank 52 but lost motivation to play much at the moment, not enough game modes etc and too many random disconnections. My goal was and still is to get to 56-60 so I can get the Turkoman and a decent saddle. Shouldn't take too much longer but I'm only playing an hour or so here and there now. I'll get the covered tent for my camp as well I guess, even though camps are bugged, lol. Can't think of much else I want, I already upgraded the few ability cards I will ever use, I only need Cold Blooded 3 and I'm done with them. Maybe a couple more pamphlets eventually (horse meal and fire arrow), but I certainly have no desire to buy all of those, I learned where you can pickup most good tonics and loot all around the map for free by now, so the tonic pamphlets are pretty useless to me, the potent miracle tonic is good enough.
