Perhaps it's a coincidence, but Social Club had been down for a few hours and seems to be back working again.

 

I imagine the same will follow suit on RDO in the not too distant future.

That would seem to be the case. Only from console players so far, and according to the few threads I came across apparently Bogdanists have been safe UNLESS they also Lestern'd. And I guess it's worth mentioning that some people who Lestern'd and "bought bonds" with all that money, were wiped clean of the legit money they earned afterwards. In other words money wasn't watermarked; if you did the plane glitch at any point, you are likely to see clean cash/bank account when you log in the next time, at least up to the sum you Lestern'd.

Yep looks like they wiped all the money (kind of account balance wash) of those who called Lester for a Plane and got some refunds at the airport

According to a friend of mine who has just logged on, the message says "We have adjusted your account by $X as part of an account reconciliation". I think the key word there is "part".

I dont know if they are gonna take out properties and vehicles from players, i think they gonna do like a "negative balance", in the measure you are getting money it gets taken away from you untill you "pay your bills"

No vehicles or property has disappeared from me. Also i just did a nightclub sale and not a dime of it went on "bills". They even left like 500k after the wipe, i guess that's my "legitimately" earned money. Although it should be more like 2,5 million, but i'm not complaining about a million or two considering i earned 36 million with the glitch and spent most of it

Sorry to say that but you shouldn't expect much brain from people who watch car dupping videos on youtube. Most of them are children who doesnt even follow half the steps and comment that isnt working for them.

Are people just plain forgetting that Rockstar can actually reset accounts? Don't think you're safe just because you bought a million Scramjets. At worst Rockstar could just go "Fine, smart guy, we'll reset your account. Not so smart now, eh?"

 

And with that said, account resets are stupid as all hell because they're contra productive and ironically only promotes further cheating/glitching when legit players get in the crossfire. But they can do it, and that's what matters.

All your stats are saved on the cloud, your money and everything changed while you were sleeping.

Logging in doesn't trigger the change, it's just that you are notified of changes made to your account.

Because the game was recording all the refunds made while doing the glitch.

Every service in this game is recorded, they can easily make a server-side script that remove all the money you gained from refunds between a specific time period.

Except for glitches like the Bogdan Problem. You earn the cash while the cutscene is happening, because the game top priority is to save it, but that doesn't apply to the flag that mark the heist as "done".
