We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with the missions in Red Dead Online Beta. We understand that the Love and Honor mission is unavailable in your missions list and you are unable to start it. Temporary files and data are often stored on the console to help the overall performance of the game. Unfortunately, these cached files can get corrupted over time which can lead to things like freezes, game loading errors or connectivity issues. Clearing the cache files may resolve this issue. We have the steps to clear the cache:  Press and hold the PlayStation button on your controller Select Turn Off PS4 Let the PlayStation 4 fully power down and wait at least 30 seconds Restart the PlayStation 4 Hold L1 + R1 while booting up the game Note: This will also reset your brightness setting and choice of language. Once you try these steps, check for the love and honor mission in the list. If you are still experiencing the same issue, please reply to this email and let us know. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard. I got home, tried it, and of course it doesn't work. I replied to the ticket stating that I have tried it on two consoles, two separate accounts and the mission is still missing. Probably won't receive a response until monday, but I will post their response when they do. To do that, we need to unplug the wires / cables behind the console and also do hard reset by holding down the power button. I actually had to look it up. 4eyedcoupe Posted March 18, 2019 Share Posted March 18, 2019 (edited) So after getting a couple different responses to reset my cache I responded saying that resetting the cache does not fix it, and that every player I have come across has reported the same issue. Here is the response I got.    I understand that you've seen other players being in a similar situation of being unable to replay the "Love and Honor" mission. I want to give out some information on how this mission is triggered. Please check if you're doing it accordingly.  This mission is available, depending on if the player is honorable or dishonorable.  Honorable: Where Your Morals Lead You Highly Illegal and Highly Moral  Dishonorable: Kerosene, Tar, and Greed More Than One Way to Earn a Buck  Once you have completed Highly Illegal and Highly Moral or More Than One Way to Earn a Buck; Kill Them, Each and Every One (after which you get help text about no more missions for now)  If you change from honorable to dishonorable (or vice versa) at any time after the first three missions (including after completing Kill Them, Each and Every One), the other strand’s missions will become available.  Please let me know if you get an option to replay the to replay the "Love and Honor" mission by going through this procedure. So, annoyed by that response I popped a brew and sent this one:  I don't think you are understanding, or simply just have not played the game. Love and Honor is a mission that helps determine your honor, it is one of the first 3 missions available to do after the opening mission. Horely directs you to visit 3 sheriffs and this mission is from the sherrif in Tumbleweed. I understand about the honorable and dishonorable missions. They still appear in your list after you have completed them, however you can play them only based on your honor. My ticket is totally different. I"M TRYING TO TELL YOU THAT IT DOESN"T EVEN APPEAR IN THE MISSION LIST REGARDLESS OF HONOR   I got a response over the weekend to that asking for a video of me going to Tumbleweed and showing that it wasn't available. I don't do videos, don't know or care how I would even send it, so I'll take a pic of the screen and send it tonight.
