Idea for more unique horses

A great way to have an even more unique mount (other then customizing their mane/tail) would have the ability to "special order" a horse by selecting a horse you'd like to buy and then purchasing a coat color (existing coats from other horses). All coats having a rarity level to determine money or gold bar cost. Basically having transmogrification but for horses. I have sent this idea into feedback if anyone wanted to join.
