Wabby
After installing patch 1.06 on my PS4 I noticed some bugs and was wondering if they were a common occurrence. Clipping has been a minor-major annoyance for many of my friends. Mainly just clothes, but after the patch I got a haircut (long tied waves). I spent gold to get it and, unfortunately, it clips right through my forehead even though it never had before. I saw that the clothing shop had been updated with some new neckwear, however, every single one is seemingly invisible. There is no message saying that I cannot wear the neckwear with the specific shirt and even lets me equip them (my character is female just in case has anything to do with it). One of my rewards, the 'enemies killed' in the combat section, will not reset no matter what I do. I will click reset and the loading wheel will spin forever until I back out. I think the hunting update is generally something the red dead community did not appreciate. I specifically do not enjoy the despawn rate of animal carcasses. I either shoot tons of birds from afar or chase down other animals while I leave the carcasses for collection afterwards. Since the new update I have to keep the carcasses within minimap view, otherwise they will simply disappear. Animal skins are also disappearing from my horse just as frequently as ever. Though this might not be a "bug," it is extremely annoying and I feel that it should be looked into. For the most part, this update has been recieved negatively. Sucks that these bugs add even more of an annoyance to the experience. Also: My black stalker at was switched to a brown one for seemingly no reason after the update. I apparently no longer own the black one as well and had to repurchase it. U Carmine
chuckclc
I just killed a perfect Cougar and skinned it and put it on my horse went to the butcher and could not sell the carcass. So I removed the carcass and walked it up to the butcher and it took, but only in poor condition when it was perfect. Wabby
ALifeOfMisery
Clipping on my character is a nightmare right now. It was fine (sort of) before the update. I'm putting it down to something being changed with the weight gain/loss mechanism. My character was permanently underweight before the update, but now it gains weight very quickly and I'm struggling to get it below average weight. If you fast travel anywhere it will now allow us to keep the haul on the horse (yippee) but the catch is it will make it poor condition. I just tried again, this time skinning it at the butcher, and I got the full value. 15.75 total with fangs, pelt, carcass and meat. Here is what happened the first time. Van_Hellsing
I paid one gold bar for the hairstyle of my avatar. It was OK pre-update, kind of. Now it sticks out unnaturally when my avatar is bending over. My camp is gone. I can select the spawn region in the posse menu. I get booted every half hour. So it's a waste of money. Coleco
My character has a 'Heavy' body build - I got me some big ol' saddlebags. But this means I seem to clip with practically everything. Even at the start of PvP modes my character's arms and hands clip through the belt when striking a pose. Sitting at camp causes hands to either clip through thighs, or hover awkwardly above them. This is more an annoyance than game-breaking but it does hurt the immersion (and opportunities for photography). The best part about it is that my stats tell me i'm always underweight too - so right I'm a big-bottomed gal who's constantly being told to eat more! Are R* using a standard rig with different character models? This is what it looks like to me. Same with GTAO and characters in high heels, the amount of weird body morphing in some actions shouldn't be forgivable in game dev with productions values like this. I ended up changing hairstyle to braided plait which was the default one I had from character creation. yeezy203
I bought a new coat after this update and my guy has long hair. I also use the bow most of the time the auto aim just has me bored of using guns at the moment. My hair clips through the coat and the blow clips through my body. It's beautiful.
