(On PC) The game will request that I accept the Rockstar Games Online Policy upon launching GTA Online as if I was playing for the first time. My problem is that it will request this every time I launch. A common/Rockstar recommended fix for PC was to delete the settings.xml file in my computer's Documents directory, which is potentially corrupted. I've done it already, as well as reinstalling Social Club, but no change, it still happens every time...on top of that, my settings will also reset even though a fresh settings.xml document was created from the game.
