Like the first game you can adjust the position of the driver when in cockpit view; up, down, backwards, forwards and tilt up and down. I like to set my view as far back as possible, but when I do that in this game it's like I'm moving behind the helmet and my screen is completely obscured by black. If I move forward slightly the problem is intermittent. I can fix it if I move my seat position forward enough or turn off the helmet cam, but I'd rather not do either of these. Anyone else experienced this glitch/bug? [EDIT] Seems this is caused because there's no limit set, to how far you can adjust the seating position. I found that if I kept pressing back I was able to clip right through the back of the car until I was eventually looking at it from a third-person perspective.
