Mirror Park (would really like a house with a car port for some reason).

Some of the really run-down wrecked shacks out in the sticks.

 

There are far too few purchasable residential properties in GTAO. Even if they reused interiors it would still add so much variety.

Oooh that's a tough one, I narrowed it down to 2 as a primary residence:

 

1) There's a cool Vilas east of North Rockford Drive, in the dead dead road between the university & Dimitri Popov's mansion, its the one with the pool.

 

2) Vespucci canals, plenty of cool houses there.

 

Maybe some of the stilt houses in Paleto Bay for a secondary residence.

Anything with a proper ocean view and beach access and anything in Richman. It's beyond me why are these luxury areas were never developed, considering we have some weird locations with old 2-6 cars garages. Speaking of, I think all these properties should be able to be converted to 10 car garages via some upgrade fee.

Around Tataviam there are a lot of room. On a little island or something.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but there's still no way to fast travel from Paleto Bay to Los Santos?  I'd love to own a house way up north, but when would I ever SEE it, let alone use it?  Ain't no way in hell I'm setting my spawn to a place that will take me 5 minutes just to enter the game each time I log on.  LOL

I would prefer somewhere less crowded, like in the mt.gordo lighthouse, there is a little house in there, but if i could i would like to be able to upgrade it like the madrazo/devin style of modernist minimalist house with an underground access to the boathouse, a helipad and a 10 slots garage

If you have an Office, Warehouse or Vehicle Warehouse you can call the Assistant for a Luxury Helicopter and then use the Fast Travel option to instantly teleport to the desired location.

They can update the map a bit more to place some cool mansions on the east side of the map, in case they don't want to open existant ones, or just to give more variety.

You can use your assistant to call luxury helicopter and fast travel for 5k to your office or one of the warehouses. Or teleport with missions if you like, why not.
