how do i create a race with a jetpack in gta online

Don't think it's possible as it's not really considered a "Personal Vehicle" and you can only get it if you go into your bunker and pick it up personally

Huh? Sorry dude but not only does the game consider it a Personal Vehicle, but you can get it in other ways than going into the bunker, like calling the Mechanic:

@captain jack sparrow - in the creator, go into 'Create a Race' then Stunt Race > Special Vehicle Race, and when in here, ensure that under 'Race Details > Available Vehicles' you have the Thruster checkmarked.

Hmm learn something new, Maybe it's because I forgot that's what the Jetpack was called and even though I have it I have only used it once or twice as it's impratical
