I think they missed the boat on this one. I've got mine up to around $15, but nothing happens. If a player kills me, they don't get it. I've been killed by the law and it stays on me. I can pay it at the post office, but why? It would be cool if a player could claim your bounty like in GTA and get the money. But that makes too much sense....
