organization name not permanent?

i bought the office at maze bank west up northwest in ls.  after i bought the office, i went to it to check it out.  i walk in and see the sign you see when you walk in say An Organization instead of the name i had chosen.  sure enough i go to the map and the marker says "an organization office". i then spend $250k changing the name to what i wanted it changed to.  the next day i come back and my organization name changed by to an organization.  does anyone know a fix for this or should i go to rockstar customer support?  sometimes when i walk in the name doesnt even show up which bothers me.

hmmm have you walked out of your office and back in, and then joined a fresh session afterwards and gone back  into office all to make sure the name actually took?? And clear the cache for good measure.

Try walking into your office without being a CEO yet and access the computer to automatically sign you on. 

Then try completing a Special Cargo or Vehicle Cargo source mission. 

The next time you come back to the office it should've saved.

Idk man, probably try closing gta and opening it up again, or do some ceo missions. Only other thing is that maybe it somehow didnt save, but unless you shut down your pc/console, its pretty rare for that to happen
