the office is WORTHLESS unless you get a warehouse, bunker, etc to make money with.

Free snacks + unlimited ability to do VIP work is quite remarkable, considering it's a spawnpoint. Load up, fill snacks, call the Buzzard/Savage from the roof, do VIP stuff, fly back and repair your helicopter by entering via roof. Office is amazing just for these things, because VIP work provides serious income even in invite only. Considering it's free, that's not a bad offer.

Yeah but you have to buy the living quarters for like 700k to spawn there, just tried this on a fresh character on my pc account

Urban Legends

You can purchase a cheap high end apartment next to your CEO office to avoid the price of the living quarters...Ceo office is dope.... Buy a Buzzard or another heli so you can leave your office in style 😎

True, just having the office doesn't necessarily make money on its own per say, but it opens up the ability to run the VIP jobs, challenges, etc which can generate some additional funds.

Is there a way to check how much you've made from specifically VIP jobs, Client jobs, or Challenges...?

Not to my knowledge; I've never seen this stat listed anywhere.

Some of them also require ownership of the special vehicles, but a few like Hostile Takeover, Sightseer, Headhunter, and Asset Recovery can be ran solo, even within Invite Only sessions. However, the Challenges all require other associates within your organization and some of the VIP jobs are limited based upon either the number of players within your organization and/or whether or not there are other players present within the session who are not part of your organization.

You can also use heist teleport to instantly get back to said apartment, and then run across the street to your office. Still useful during crate runs, even with the addition of the Terrorbyte.

Absolutely!

I always fill up my snacks before ending a session.

The office is a must, at least as a base to allow you to do activities as mentioned.

And this week Maze Bank west is free! It's only $500,000 normally, but still everyone should have one this week, no excuse not to.

The only penalty is a small increase in daily property fees plus $300/day for the assistant.

I'd gladly pay her more if she cleaned up the mess around the desk, maybe she could keep the cash laying around on the floor, obviously our characters don't think too much of it except to wipe our shoes on it. 🤪

Is the a limit to the number of times you can heist teleport or a cool down?

I always forget to do it.

Which you can make back in half a day just doing Headhunter/ Sightseer.

Another great thing about the office is the ability to get any vehicle from any garage from the assistant.
