No one really can answer this for you.  How do you want to play the game?  For me, I made almost $60 million on crates (for reasons I can't explain, the repetition of collecting those appeals to some OCD component of my personality).  The show room garages are one of my favorite components of the game, and I am constantly moving vehicles around to display my best 60.  Even though I think you can pretty much work around the office because of the terrobyte, it is my most used spawn point, because of location (Maze) and free snacks, access to those garages, etc.  Plus, I always wanted to own an office in Maze when it came out.  But, these are all things that appeal to me.  What matters to you?  How will you play the game?  I can't answer those questions.

Buying an office will grant you access to a CEO upgrade from your VIP status, which gives you an organization name you don't have to type in each time, an executive assistant that can give you free snacks, a pegasus vehicle on the fly or retrieve your vehicle from the impound free of charge (minus their 300 dollar daily fee) and access to special cargo and vehicle cargo, possibly the two most lucrative active businesses in freemode. Those are steep investments as well, however getting a small cargo warehouse for a few hundred thousand dollars is a good place to begin. Just make sure you read up on every collection scenario, as some can get tedious if you aren't prepared.

The office itself comes with the assistant previously mentioned, green juice that refills your health to maximum, a TV with a minigame (pretty much a 2D version of deadline) and optional gun locker, money safe and living quarters. The safe is useless, and the weapon locker isn't very consistent, however living quarters is nice to have if you don't have a Terrorbyte yet. The office can also store up to 60 vehicles if you spring for the garage floors and a modification shop that acts as both an LS customs and a Benny's OMW. Even without all of the trinkets though, an office is the first step of many to running a moneymaking empire.

I will have a look at maze bank foreclosures later for a small warehouse, how much can it make and how much will it set me back?

you can only buy special cargo warehouses on the SecuroServ desktop in the office, unfortunately. I'm sure there's a thread around here or elsewhere that discusses prices and storage sizes of warehouses.

check out a site called se7en sins if you are inclined to go to the dark side (as some on here would say).  The short answer is yes, plenty.

check out the page for gta glitches.  This should be adequate information.  You either can play the game by Rock Star's rules or not.

If you have a terrorbyte or know somebody with a terrorbyte, those combined with VIP jobs can net you some money fairly quickly considering effort involved. Doomsday heists are also paying double until Thursday, and the Arena is currently doubled as well. Alternatively just playing some missions or doing whatever to keep it fresh will get you there in no time. Try not to succumb to a grind, just enjoy what the game has to offer.

I just did some heist setups, they were fun, got to the heist and all the crew members kept failing, i think the host rage quit after the 3rd fail, i'll try again temoz

No need to apologize.  You asked the question.  You can also buy shark cards.  Otherwise, get your grinding shoes on.  Welcome.

Yes. An office is essential if you want to make money by grinding.

Pretty much this, however...

I would recommend a bunker before you buy an office OP. Assuming you don't already have one. The problem with an office is that it's merely a gateway to other things. Apart from the 'perks' mentioned in previous posts it, by itself, doesn't give you a method to make money, you need to buy other properties. A bunker gives you instant access to money making.

How does a bunker work? what kind of perks does they have

You need to be able to register with Securoserv as a VIP. The cheapest bunker is at Paleto Bay. Go to the Bunker, do the set-up. Make sure your Staff are set to Manufacturing, that way your supplies are turned to stock which you can sell.

No real perks other than the opportunity to unlock weapons and ammo that are not available anywhere else.

So how much money can this generate and what sort of work? simple buy/sell missions? VIP work?

You can make money early on if you steal supplies. But to make money the quickest you need to upgrade the equipment and staff. After that you can buy supplies and make big $.

I'd argue its essential to the game. Buy the bank, bunker, coke, money forgery, hangar, meth businesses. Buy a nightclub, upgrade it, buy 5 techs and afk every night on the security cams for a million dollars a day or grind all the businesses resupply/sell, whichever you prefer. It takes a while to get everything but yes the bank is essential to keep making $$$.

I've never done the cargo missions, have plenty of money.

Yeah it's worth it, this should be your starting point. The game's a grind, but I think you know that. Once you've done a few sales and have spare cash, invest in a staff upgrade, the equipment upgrade can wait until much later.

So i just bought a bunker, for 815,500, didn't tick any of the fancy features, have decent amount of money left over, thank r* for discounts, i'm gonna check it out.

Beginner money guide:

Bunker guide:

disclaimer: not my channel, Professional's a good guy and has very informative guides.

These are good to start, there are many more guides on youtube.

Once you're settled and making solid money, the nightclub, the TerrorByte, and Client Jobs will make you a TON of money.

Slow and steady, interspersed with doing I/E (using the CEO office), or whatever other jobs/missions you like, selling your bunker stock...you're off and running.

Do a little research first and decide what direction you want to go, maybe MC businesses are more your thing, or crates, whatever you find most enjoyable.

Remember you'll be doing this stuff a lot so only do what's fun.

If you find it tedious, do a different activity, it'll keep you wanting to play rather than feeling obligated to slog through a real grind, no matter which has the best payout.

Bunker is a good way of making money. I only buy supplies, wait for full bunker, do other stuff, then sell in empty or empty-ish lobby with 1 other friend. I have Chumash bunker, 1mil per sale when in Los Santos county (2mil when they have those 2x rp/$ gunrunning events). Bunker also unlocks and upgrades mark2 weapons. You can also do the security camera afk thing in the bunker. I have nightclub also generating passive income too but you might get that after racking up some sales in bunker first since nightclub accumulates slow. 38mil total in bunker and 15mil in nightclub sales so far.

cool, problem i only play gta for 2 hours a day, my paleto bunker got up to 20,000 last night i'm hoping for more and i will also play missons, mostly dispatch.

is it possible to sell in an inv only or solo lobby? in my current situation a single rich player could take all my stock while on route, and what is the security camera afk trick? the bunker generates stock all the time i am online i think, does afk security cameras generate them faster? i dont even think my bunker even has cctv, is it part of the sec upgrade?

when would be a good time to sell stock? at 22,000 now i think i may sell at 100-200,000 mostly because i want the lada thingy, and i dont want to truck a lot of prof just incase i get jacked, is it possible to sell in a solo lobby?

also i did the first steal mission and no one cared about stealing my stuff, is this true all the time? or wasnt i worth stealing from?

PS: is the rune cheburek a good car? i think i have one more space in my garage and i want a car to drive to my first office with
