Its never happened to me cause i was paranoid and didn't want to find out if it worked. When they save at the ice cream place there whole file gets erased, i think the rest of the memory card as well.. not sure could be just the VC file.. i know more then 2 people who this has happened to them. ? The big problem many people have is that they often reset their console when it says "Save Successful" you have to choose OK or when you go back to the save game it will be all black and nothing happens Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

kevin442 Posted April 13, 2003 Share Posted April 13, 2003 the reason y u ppl are getting lost save files is that u use codes cuz when i used codes i went to save and it said warning one or more cheats have been activated this may interfere with your save file do u wish to proceed and i clicked yes and when i went to load it back up it was a black screen NO CHEATS Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Jaxen Posted April 20, 2003 Share Posted April 20, 2003 My save got wiped (aint sure it was ice cream factory) I lost 31% That was the rampages, jumps, fire, pizza, vigilante, phil's place, auntie poulet, last 2 cuban missions, 4 properties, all the robberies and a few of the little missions.
