Neemo Posted February 26, 2019 Share Posted February 26, 2019 So i recently got back into gtao after a couple years and have been grinding for cash for 3 or 4 weeks now and have accumulated a facility, hanger, bunker, coke, meth and an MOC Do i stay the course...get cash biz then a nightclub? Or should i splurge now to buy Oppressor MK I or a Deluxo and give myself a break? I still dont have anything CEO related... Hangar worshop does nothing special for Buzzard beside custom paintjob...you cannot modify the weapons/armor level of your Buzzard for example. I ended up buying weed and forgery just to collect the safe awards for a full sale. With the first five and afk over night/whenever I can I’ve never been without money since. Hope it helps! You need to buy the ceo warehouse (or hanger), bunker, and MC coke, meth and counterfeit cash first. Then buy the nightclub. But you only need to buy storage and upgrades for the nightclub to see the benefits from it. At that point I would then upgrade the bunker as it makes good money also. Then upgrade the MC businesses. Im only running my nightclub and bunker sales and I’m never without enough money to buy what I want. Focus your money on the things that make you money first. Fully upgrade them. Even if you don’t use them all at once. That way if a double money week happens you can immediately reap the benefits of it. Then you can waste your money on the other sh*t. Ive already made a 100 mil from my nightclub alone. And I’m not even pushing that hard. Granted I only have anywhere from 2 to 10 million in my bank at a time. Then buy a cash business. Then max our all the techs and upgrades for the club. At that point you should be laughing. You could wait until they go on sale. But who knows when that’ll happen. I’m sure if you have the time it’d pay off more money. Im just tired of them. I’m at the point where I want max money for little effort. Nightclub is best for that. The nightclub shines by making money for you whilst doing nothing. I would just keep building the nightclub with whatever money you have. Eventually it’ll pay for itself and then some. Buy the techs first. They get you the product. If you don’t have enough storage you will just have to sell more often. But then you can use that money to max out you’re storage. With 5 techs and all storage. I can sell all maxed out for 1.6 mil minus the 100 grand for tony. Its best however to sell once the top five businesses are full (you can only have 5 techs working) That’s around 800000ish I believe. Yes, it's more storage space, but you're better off investing in 5 businesses for 5 techs to fill the space you have faster before expanding storage. Yes, the products are not separately stored on different floors. More floors just means more overall storage. I would. More businesses = more product to sell. I'm running Bunker, Coke, Meth and Cash, and have shut down Weed and Forgery. That plus nightclub sale once a day is enough running around, and the profit on weed and forgery is very poor for the effort involved unless it's a double money week. Buy the Terrorbyte as soon as you can afford to (especially if on sale), run 5 client jobs to get the discount (alternating with VIP jobs Headhunter and Sightseer during cooldown), and buy the Oppressor II. OP II is THE best grinding tool. You can get around the map fast, run solo MC sales for almost everything if you have to (barring the dreaded PO vans which are just too slow to run 3 by yourself in 30 minutes), and do Client Jobs and VIP work quickly and efficiently. Buzzard will work, Thruster if you must, but OP II is the easiest vehicle to control and hop on and off, and it stores and is upgraded in the Terrorbyte so it's always right where you need it. It's super quick to call in as MC, and still good if you're doing CEO. If you can get a couple of grinding friends to help then MC sales can go very quickly. I learned last night that if you have invited everyone to your business and they are in the building before the sale, then you're very likely to get duffel bag deliveries, which are the quickest. 3-4 players on OP IIs with duffel bags and you're done with the sale in 3-5 minutes. You each help each other, and everyone's getting around 35k just for helping. Always promote your prospects to a position (Vice President, Roadmaster etc.), as they get more money for helping. Occasionally a nightclub product may stop producing. If this happens, un-assign a couple of techs and switch them, that should kickstart production again. You don't need to buy the Mule delivery van (unless you want to). If there's too much for the Speedo to carry then you can use the Pounder (as long as you have one) which is faster. The Pounder with missile barrage on top will not fit under certain bridges such as the one up in the NW mountains near a tunnel. If you hit this problem, find a route to avoid the low bridge. I usually keep the techs the same and just shutdown and restart the coke business after every nightclub sale. I’ve not had a problem since. In one hour of car export+VIP jobs(so 3 cars and 3 Headhunter) you can make like 360k. Just my opinion but I think its less penible than MC delivery missions. And thats 100% soloable. I would wait some discounts on MC businesses to buy the cash business, in 2018 it was discounted several times IIRC. I.e griefer or titan glitch. Your best bet would be an office with a car warehouse for import export. If you want active income. Id make sure you fully upgrade your nightclub when you can as it’s still the easiest passive money maker. You make more money doing other things to offset that cost. Same thing goes goes for the nightclub as far as promoting. It’s a waste of time. The money is in the warehouse part of it. I don’t even waste my time on promoting. The terrorbyte will come in useful for sourcing cars. Get yourself a vehicle warehouse and a cargobob for grabbing and delivering cars. That’s the best active money maker. (You can do all the terrorbyte side jobs in between selling cars) Buy all your supplies and let them work for you while you’re doing the other stuff. Then sell them all off when you finish “working”. Nightclub is good for an extra million or so every couple nights of AFK I bet you’d make more money grinding the double money contact missions right now than the BS hanger crates. “Rockford Roll” only takes a few mins to finish and it pays $36660 Neemo 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
