How high does my bounty have to get before I can experience being pursued by bounty hunters? If I acquire a high bounty by engaging NPCs, will I still be highlighted as an aggressive player? Even if I never engage in PvP? all I want to do is have fun with the bounty system so I hope I don't get targeted for trying to enjoy this new feature. What is the fastest way acquire a high bounty without PvP? If a posse member acquires a bounty, does it affect any other fellow posse members in anyway? Note: Attempting to play this way is very difficult. Acquiring a bounty by engaging NPC's is time consuming. I'm killing lawmen left and right, but my bounty is accumulating very very slowly. ThaBirdCoot Posted March 4, 2019 Share Posted March 4, 2019 Starting to get targeted after 10$, there is no fast way to get a high bounty without pvp, you can shoot each and every civilian though, since it always results in murder but make sure some witnesses can report the crimes. Else you can commit acts of vandalism, kidnapping, animal cruelty ect. If you or a posse member gets targeted you will get a notification to protect them from incoming bounty hunters. Just a grief a low level idiot who attacks you first, there are plenty. Best way to find them is probably fishing in Saint Denis and Blackwater. These people are everywhere so if you get a few parleys, it wont take long...the problem is once they get 1 kill they may simply leave. I know about the bounty vs the price you pay at the post office, the thing is I never paid it off and it showed a bounty of $1.50, so if I went to the post office it would have been 75cents. I have had a little experience with that as the first day I managed to rack up a whooping $28 bounty vengefully hunting down someone who had shot me from a rooftop, while I was approaching the butcher. (yeah I take pretty unkindly to that) Sigh. Add $5.05 to that from some brickhead that took me 12 kills to force him to parley. Some people are stubborn Some people never parley, I don't, I like to push my limits and if I feel I had enough getting my arse kicked, which usually serves a lesson that I picked the wrong fight or ground, I'll leave the area and do something else. But some players are even more stubborn to force you into parley with 12 kills you let him off light, probably understood he was no match.
