Hi, I've downloaded GTA V on my newly built pc with following specs:
RTX 2070 8gb
8gb ddr4 ram
Ryzen 5 2600X
GA-A320M-S2H V2

It works fine with other games, never had a problem.

See if it was NVIDIA, I'd just suggest going into the graphics control panel and forcing the GTA5.exe to use the proper GPU. I've no idea about AMD stuff though.

Ryzen 5 2600X is AMD CPU

RTX 2070 is nVidia GPU

 

If it was a Ryzen 5 2600G it would have integrated AMD Vega GPU, which could still give reasonable framerates but the X shouldn't have this.

 

But yeah, as gaffa says, go into nVidia graphics control panel and force it.
