Spoils of War. There's 4 respawning dynamite sticks on every map, that can be spammed. I've gotten up to four people with one blast.

Today I had a perfect Pronghorn carcass on my horse and I stopped to fish. I saw at some point that a player was behind me. Looked back after the next fish and he was gone, just his horse there. I continued fishing and after I was done noticed that the Pronghorn was not on my horse, but on the ground next to it. That random was stealing my carcass but got disconnected  (I presume). Instant karma.

Those banded gila things are a pain to find. What about the mushrooms? I need some of them to make horse revivers anyway.

I think there's 3 or 4 Parasol mushrooms near Valentine, directly across the track from where the raspberry, wild carrots etc are. 

 

The track is the one that goes directly away from the butcher stand, past the stable and camp.

Banded Gilas are literally all over New Austin.

Especially desert area. Benedict Pass, Mercer Station regions. Also, there is a Parasol Mushrooms area.

There's a bunch of mushrooms in the area around Fort Mercer. Going there now as I found none by Dakota River and this dumb f*ck game only registered two of the three I picked at the Flatneck Station barn.

Yeah, there's lots of Parasol Mushrooms all over New Austin, saw them when looking for the Desert Sage/English Mace/Blackcurrant.

Look for Banded Gila Monsters around Mercer Station up to Odd Fellow's Rest region.

I think there was one in St. Denis, Most Wanted - inside the barber's shop. At least, I think it was that shotgun. It was definitely some kind of shotgun anyway. Also on the Rhodes, Hostile Territory map.

Gun Rush is the best way to grab one

Managed to get four kills in a row with it in Tall Trees Most Wanted, then got shot and couldn't find anyone for the last two minutes....

 

Joined Gun Rush and just bolted it to get in my last kill, if you quickly pull up the map and find one you'll have more than enough time to get it and survive

Can't wait to just buy this though, gonna buy the Springfield whenever it's required again too. As getting shot shortly after you grab the gun just pisses me off, cause you've gotta run across the stupid PvP map to the ONE spot it f*cking spawns.... and then you get shot again. $150 for the Springfield is well worth it, I'm sure we'll get a weapon locker at some point anyways

Not too bad today. The shotgun kills can easily be achieved in Showdown modes.

I know it's wrong but I just camp at a posse waiting for the timer to end. Easy way at going about it

There are always a bunch of chickens roaming around the streets in the run down area of St Denis, North Side.  Maybe some of those are roosters.  All the ones at Rathskeller Fork North of Tumbleweed were all Hens.  Just checked.

Hm.... struggling to find roosters. Checking all the places I know chickens are

 

Any spots out there outside of settlements they spawn? Like a mini farm somewhere in the country?

In story mode I found roosters for the compendium in MacFarlane's Ranch and the ranch in north Saint Denis. Don'r know if they are in Online

Found one there, rest were chickens. Gonna try joining a new session and going there again.

 

Found two pheasants unexpectedly as well near Strawberry while going to Mama Watson's. Pleasant surprise lol.

SPOILS OF WAR. Seriously. They GIVE you four free respawning sticks of dynamite on every map. & It's A Capture the flag kinda game, I always land multi kills with dynamite spam. Last time this came up as a challenge I had it done in less than 30 secs after joining an already in progress game.
