I agree with Bunz on some level, its not always easy to find players who are consistently on, or willing to do what you want to do. But he shouldnt be saying that rockstar is caving in on his experience, its his work life and family life that is, so he shouldnt really expect rockstar to pull his weight.

 

In saying that, an easy solution is to have two sets of daily activities. Ones that can be done solo, and ones with posse objectives. Each have a completion reward, and a mega completion reward for doing both sets.

 

How awesome is that I hear you all say, yes I know totally awesome.

Wouldn’t matter because he doesn’t do posses so he would still feel penalised from getting double pay out.

The ones that you're only realistically going to do if you organise them, are BS. The whole point of these is to promote activities etc. Having them done behind closed doors with friends - while I'd definitely do it, don't get me wrong - defeats the purpose of them.

 

It'd also be good if they stop giving challenges for stuff that's broken. Nine times out of 10 all this posse stuff is greyed out even when you have a ton of posse members.

 

All that said, the gold payouts are great right now. I'm at 410+ bars, and I'm sure others have more than I have.

I've marked two locations for Golden Currants for a total of seven:

 

There are also wild carrots found near the ones marked further south on the map. These are pretty common though and can be found nearly everywhere.

If only Showdowns weren't bugged piles of sh*t this would be another 7/7 day, but I don't have hours to waste restarting the game because of infinite black load screens...

Railroad Baron is your best friend for that Headshot Daily, I joined it and won. Got my 3 headshots in the first minute heading to the train.

I don't even have Hunt the Leader in the list of Posse Versus? The last time I saw it was a few days ago when it was a daily too.

If it's not in the game anymore then the dream of doing all 7 dailies 28 days in a row doesn't die on the 28th day because of a multikill I cba to try to do but because of removed content?

Anyone still have it?

Fishing Challenge in less than 20 minutes, Fool's Gold 45 minutes after that (11:45 CET) and then Master Archer at 12:30 CET, although that one is often late.

I received a random invite to Hunt the Leader about an hour ago; it was the first time I'd ever joined it. I was up in Copperhead Landing and the target was at Hennigan's Stead, so I didn't even bother; I just let the timer run down and completed the objective without any effort at all.

For the black loading screen for showdowns etc, I find on the Xbox if I press the x button in the middle of the controller that takes you to the dashboard, then press b it quite often restarts the loading process and I get into the showdown.

It's part of the greyed out posse versus thing, it's missing from the list. You can get it back by joining a story mission and backing out etc etc, all the other things that cure greyed out will also put Hunt the Leader back

 

 

Golden Currant all over northern and middle parts of Great Plains and around Roanoke Ridge. Easy spot for them by the old Fort, Fort Brennand by Kamassa River. 2 spots to the east right outside the fort, one spot south and one spot southwest.

Yes! I joined a new lobby and Hunt the Leader was in the list, so I got that done.

And decided to join Sport of Kings which might not be the easiest mode for a double kill, but I got it done after a few rounds with a free aimed dynamite arrow and dead eyed shotty headshot.

Now I'm done to just 3 headshots in freemode events, and I have done all 7 dailies 28 days in a row!

Now I'll never do this again, lol. Atleast avoiding anything involving PVP in showdowns or freemode events.

Personally I find doing 7/7 to only be rewarding/worth it starting from Day 22 in the streak. After all:

 

7/7 for Days 1-28 = 98 Gold Bars for 28 7/7 Days

7/7 for Days 22-49 = 140 Gold Bars for 28 7/7 Days

 

You're getting a little over 40% more gold for your 7/7 dalies 28 days in a row effort.

Wrote it in another thread, but try to start up your posse (be a posse leader). That seem to fix it for me.

in front of st. denis there's a scarecrow offering some showdown job,...that one has worked most of the time

I think i was in Public enemy. Used bow with dynamite arrow. Two different kills though. But dynamite stick should work also.

I did it in Sport of Kings. Probably not the best mode, but I was tired of infinite loading screens for showdown series, and I knew I would never do this in Make it Count or Last Stand.

I ended up getting a free aimed dynamite arrow followed by a dead eye shotty headshot. It was only a 3v3 too.

finally, an invite to a free roam event....started, and then, BLUE SCREEN...haven't seen that one in a looong time

got a disconnect just a few minutes before....meh

For the mutliple kills in 5 secs, I use the express explosive.  In most showdowns this is relatively easy.

FYI about the Western Toad challenge I don't think you need to pick up Western Toad's specifically to complete the challenge. I picked up a desert toad in New Austin and it counted towards to challenge. Not sure if every toad will count. but the desert toad did (The ones that spawn south of the Fort Mercer area on the river shores)
