List of Daily Challenges

I got lucky with Cold Dead Hands popping just after I got on this afternoon, saw nothing but non-PvP events afterward...

Swapped sessions too, just to see, but my patience ran out. Waited 2 hours and 30 minutes, to no avail. So I went to play another game. 6/7 isn't bad tho.

It would be nice if the Free Roam Events could match the Daily Challenge... I'm at 6/7 and out of the 10 or so events that have popped up, they've either been fishing/hunting events, or weapon specific events like bow/sidearm.

Maxim gun, eh? Is there really any other way aside from playing 'Kerosene, Tar, and Greed'? I know that the guns are present in some hideouts, but I suppose good luck with using it there to kill enemies.

The hideout north of Little Creek River  in Big Valley would be a good one. If you sneak into the barn from the back.

Hideout at Colter also has Maxim guns, sneak in from either side and you should be able to get on one. I'll probably play Kerosene Tar and Greed though.

Nice day, my first time getting all 7. Got very lucky with the alligator rescue, and then the hideout spawned next to Lagras as I was dropping her off. Used the maxim gun and found a treasure map.

 

Too bad the 28 day treasure map was just a regular map though, I was hoping it would be better somehow....

I do have a question though. Is the map a one time thing for getting to 28 days once, or do we get a map for every 28 day streak we complete?

They shoul be every 45 minutes starting at the start of the day (07:00 uk).  some are late, had one turn up 30 minutes late but then got another 15 minutes later so if you're in freeroam for 90 minutes you should see at least one if not two.

We get the treasure map today?  I assumed it wouldn't be until tomorrow as the bonuses so far were giving on the 8th, 15th, and 22nd day so far.

I think it's a one time deal, you get a non reset-able belt buckle and the part about the map is gone from the 28 day challenge. It's also grayed out, but maybe if you break the streak and start over? I think it will be more obvious tomorrow.

I thought it could be a one time deal. Fortunately for me though, I started my streak late and still have 3 days, after today, to go before hitting 28. So I can see how it plays out.

Then it's obviously broken. I was playing for around 10 hours on Saturday and only saw 3 of them pop up. There is no way they are ever everything 45 minutes. If I play for a few hours in the evening I might see one.

No it's definitely a one time thing. Rockstar have said you only get the treasure map for a 28 day streak once. Treasure maps are a bit pathetic anyway because you don't get much for them. I've still got 4 in my satchel and I just can't be bothered to do them.

Maxim gun kills was easy with 2 of us. We just started "Kill Them, Each and Every One." We bum rushed the 2 maxim guns trying to kill as few people as possible on the way (actually, I don't believe we even killed anyone except for the guys using the Maxims). Hopped on each gun and mowed everyone outside the fort down. Easy peasy. I'm pretty sure the one on the left can even target some people inside the fort.

 

The rest of the challenges were very easy. We got lucky on the "Help someone in need." I already had salmon in my bag, but my friend needed some for succulent meat and we both needed to pick Bullrush. So from Valentine, we headed on over to the Dakota River. And the NPC  near the falls asking to help rescue a woman just happened to be there.

 

I hit 28 days tomorrow. I wish I had started these earlier.

Were you in someone else's posse? You won't see them that way. Only the leader will.

83 gold and 54 dollars, I think that is my worst treasure map yet.  Oh well, I've earned 300 gold since the new dailies started so can't complain I guess.

Not all of the time. The leader of the posse that I was in for someone of the time didn't see them pop up either. He also need to do one for the daily.

I'm on the xbox one and it's definitely every 45 minutes.  Was on most of Saturday and even when I wasn't on I would get on if I noticed one was due in about 5 minutes.  I don't think they come up if you're doing a stranger mission at the time.  I got one notification as I finished a mission but it was 3 minutes after it should have been so I missed the start.  It still attempted to join but just got kicked back to freeroam.

I'm waiting for some rockstar "boost reward week" to use mine. I have 10 maps in the bag already.

Yeah, I struggle not using them once I get them.  I only hold one back in case it comes up in the dailies again.

28 days completed. Seems the treasure chests are unique and vary between people. I thought it would have been the same for everyone like the ones you get for ranking up.

 

No time to collect now though!

This is slightly offtopic but since we have been talking about freemode events, I now know the full order in which they start, I'm however not 100% sure about the one at 02:45 CET (01:45 UK, 20:45 EST, 17:45 PST)

I know it's either a Kills Challenge or Railroad Baron, if anyone is able to verify this for me then I can make a topic tomorrow containing the full order.
