Spoke too soon! Got 4 not long after I posted that on the grassy hill south of the Whiskey Tree (between it and Gill Landing) - spawned 2 packs of them and picked off x2 from each pack. A nice 7/7 and 9/9 after some level 173 killed me & tried blowing up my trader wagon (thanks to quick exiting the game, my goods were saved so screw that assh*le ).

THERE IS APPRENLTY AND ISSUE WITH THE COLLECTORS CYCLES TODAY, I BELIEVE DUE TO ROCKSTAR BUG, WHEN THEY COLLECTIBLES RESET AT 00:00 UTC IT SCREWED UP RESETING THE CYCLES FOR THOSE NOT IN 2021 AT THE TIME THEY RESET SO COLLECTIBLES MAHY NOT BE WHERE THEY ARE SHOWN ON THE COLLECTORS MAP FOR TODAY, IT SHOULDN'T HAPPEN FOR TOMORROW'S CYCLES SINCE EVERY ONE IS IN 2021 NOW!

My drunken self f*cked up and delete a file remotely instead of locally, and then my drunken self forgot about!

 

Note to self, don't try and work on any coding when drunk, it never ends well... since I didn't even realised and I didn't come here after I posted and the site was working then, the file was edited at 21:36 and it's 07:00 for me now, so was down for 10 hours and it was my own stupid fault haha!

Easiest 7 list ever 

 

No 10/9 luck, OH DUH I could have done it with 20 donations to Cripps and 3 predator hides/carcasses; had

wagon out and was in a hurry to do other junk.. LOLS.

 

Tried to do it on 3 heirlooms found and 2 metal detector, of course the only "buried" heirloom

I saw on map was one with the "yellow sparklies" that you don't use a metal detector for =/

I could have got lucky, trying one of the "random metal detector" things on the jeanropke collector's map,

but they are pretty much always arrowhead/coin/jewelry and I can't even remember if they are every heirloom.

If this doesn't work to get 10/9 then it's positive they've patched it.

 

Oh, and 3 collectibles looted from NPCs will be done by skinning gators (the teeth count for anyone who didn't know).

This may well be the best daily list ever put together, way to start the new year.

The trader dailies worked for getting 10/9, seems to be the only reliable ones.

A good start to the new year, everything accomplished, did a couple of enjoyable bounties in New Austin, went back to camp & finished off the role dailies, went to brew some shine as I'd done a few random roadblocks and ran across a treasure hunter on the way.

It was a nice bonus as I haven't found a tree map in days now.

How come they never have a challenge for just turning on the game?

 

Don't know if it's been mentioned in the past but killing a predator and grabbing the pelt will sometimes count as looting an enemy. If it has been mentioned then pardon me for being too lazy to use the scroll wheel to read past posts.

It happened for me today 3 times. I skinned large gators and in all 3 times it counted for looting an enemy too.

In the past Madam Nazar has included particular animal parts in her weekly collection. Alligator teeth, perfect badger, skunk, and raccoon pelts, as well as owl feathers.

 

Seems if you collect these now, they still count as collectibles taken from NPCs.

Also gold teeth looted from NPCs count, so looting bodies from random roadblocks is always a good policy.

I need to stop attacking the people in Butcher Creek. I don't find ANY teeth there much less gold ones. I've been doing it wrong.
