Got lucky with the "help a person in need". Those usually pop at the worst times, so I was guessing I wouldn't get one today, but I did.

Same. Saw another player passing me with the lady needing help/waiting to ambush you near Broken Tree and thought "awww just missed it!" but was able to trigger the guy being held up by the bandits along the Upper Montana River not long after. Some days it seems to be easier to spawn these escort/rescue events than others. 😉

A nice 7/7 again today.

Got a griefer camping at the spot where you rescue a woman and get her north near the Kamassa river to her husband. Killed him, managed to get the woman on my horse and activated defensive. By the time I dropped her off, while I was stuck in a small cutscene, the guy caught up, killed my horse in impotent rage, and then got a dynamite to the face.

The feeling of seeing griefers being mad with anger is priceless.

Fort Brennand has several spots to accomplish jumping task.

And the rescue spawns right by the river.

I used this train track spot when I did that challenge. Works like a charm and there is no need to do fancy climbing either:

7/7 Today.

Sage can be found south the Braithwaite manor.

Foxes from dusk to dawn north of Rhodes near the tobacco farm. Foxes have a high pitched bark.

Explosive arrows and slippery basterd in showdowns.

Plump bird meat came out of my satchel.

Crocs all around the marches around Saint Denis.

The bloody rescue mission, the woman near Lagras surrounded by crocs spawns the most. I nearly got eaten by the last croc as my horse decided to bolt.

The dreaded jump on a horse from three meters. My avatar was always nose first diving and cratering. What I missed in the past was that you have to hop off the edge of the roof with square on the PS4.

That made all the difference between a tent peg imitation or landing gracefully on my horse.

There is a fixed fox spawn point at night on the train tracks just out of valentine headed towards the oil works. (Obviously not ON the train tracks, but just left of it if you come from Valentine)

Went to the spot in the heartlands and saw a couple deer to shoot first. Got 3 clean head shots. Then out of nowhere a griefer comes up and starts knifing all the deer to ruin the pelts. Don't understand what's the point in that. As mainly a hunter this is my first time dealing with that kind of crap and I'm a level 75.

What was supposed to be 30 mins of dailies turned into a 3 hour goose hunt. Still 6/7. Dunno why the a random occurence event is a daily mission.

Not keen on getting back into this at all, gunna do the 10 and do gimmicky races on GTA, at least the handling and gameplay is better.

The whole concept is a bit cheeky isnt it? It's like saying look we know the game isnt worth playing buy if you keep up a streak we will reward you.

The whole streak concept is designed to make you play even when you normally wouldn't. Not keen on this.

And to be able to show that "people love the dailies! They are a huge success, even if we don't change a thing about them! We can now sit and relax, while the crowd keeps themselves busy with this awesome feature. Everyone does them!!"

My uninformed theory is TakeTwo tells R* "Hey, we want to see those RD numbers up, higher players per day, more players in game modes, as more players equals more gold purchases." This is typical MBA thinking, managing a product they don't know anything about. So R* uses the challenges to cause you to login, play Showdown modes, spend at least an hour in game etc., keeping the numbers up. And likely doesn't translate to sales because there's nothing to buy, but Take-Two just looks at the stats and says "Great!"

I got one better for you..A low level killed me while I was doing a strangers mission. I decided to teach him a little lesson...So I killed him about 10 times before he changed sessions...but the funny part is, everytime he would respawn, he would come towards me lol

Revive?

Mission spamming is pretty much your only hope, and hope to get to them before they kill themselves..... even though you're literally right next to them.... man people just piss me off

I may hang in showdowns and just follow teammates around and hope they get downed and try to revive them lol. Gonna be a tough one.

Or jump off the roof during Destroyed with Grief. Noobs seem to love doing that. Yes, it's the quickest way down but it's also the quickest way to die! And waste lives.

The ambush will be a pain, but the rest look ok. Missions should get you the revive one, particularly if you play with a friend.

How about this; 3 players with varmint rifles, 2 players exchange body shots with varmint rifles until at least one is down. 3rd player puts other player down(should not go agro with one shot.) 3rd player revives both 1 and 2. Might work but would take a long time.

Showdowns, I think, will be about the fastest legit way to meet this challenge.

There is going to be a crowd around the wounded! Get the dynamite arrows ready!😀😁

Due to some scientific testing we've discovered you can use a friends or any Horse to kick You/Friend

The perfect Amount of Health/Core is in this Pic.

I used it twice in a row like this, both times horse put me down and friend Revived me.

We were using NPCs before but that was sketchy at best because they often kill.

If You get in the Red, eat an assorted Biscui, perfect Core

3/7. tobacco, bullheads, and gator teeth. kept the shooty bang to just killing a couple gators. even double gold won't entice me to suffer through the rest of those..

bullheads was probably my fav challenge yet. any challenge that gets me to scope out a random fishing hole is a must-do for me/my character. especially species you don't go for every day, like bullhead. really makes fishing feel more organic than going to a set spawn for your typical money maker fish.

really wish fish were slightly migrant. even if it was 2-3 different sets of spawn points that rotated randomly, just so you couldn't go to an area and guarantee you're gonna get bitten by x species. gotta go down river a little on x day or when the weather gets bad.. or maybe you go out to your favorite salmon fishing spot and accidentally tag a gnarly pike when you're least expecting it because it came around to feed that night.

that'd add such a dynamic to fishing and would reward players for exploring different areas of the map. i feel like i'm on my soapbox right now lol and i'm totally off topic at this point, this totally belongs in the wishlist thread (this thread's cooler deal with it!) but they could expand on that even further and have trophy (even legendary! gah that'd be so cool) fish rarely spawn in "less pressured" areas, and introduce a juvenile class of each species that could populate the most common fishing spots alongside the regular adult size.

it'd be a great way to essentially add a secondary star rating to fishing (because quite frankly the current star rating system for fish is dumb,) where you could have 10 juvenile, adult, and trophy of each fish.. just like pelts. juvenile class of pike muskie channel catfish etc could be satchel fish. this would be so great for the trader role. it'd make me actually excited to catch a 2 pound dinner plate bluegill, or a 7-10 pound largemouth for instance. it'd make the way fish fight, and bite less predictable. with this could come new bait types, stronger (or weaker!) rods.. man.

crap, don't mind me trying to turn this into fishing simulator 1898.. but that's absolutely what i'm trying to do, i could go on and on.. but that's basically the gist of it 😅

atleast i'm at the bottom of the page so i'm not too disruptive hopefully!
