List of Daily Challenges

Howdy, fellers. As you may know, tomorrow, feb. 26th, RDO will get an beta update, which brings to us various Daily Challenges, that may be completed everyday for gold nuggets. Just like Daily Objectives in GTA Online. So, i think there will be good if we all will be post here which are exactly Challenges we have i.e. tomorrow or after tomorrow, or whenever. I want write here, in first post, full list of these Challenges. It will be helpful, i'm sure as Dutch sure about his plans.

They add this whole slew of anti griefing measures, and then throw these horrible pvp challenges at us… 

 

Does everyone has the same ones each day? So at least we'll understand why some random blows us up?

No, there are at least two sets that I've seen. I was so excited to finally see a train yesterday I wanted to earn towards my "Animals killed from moving train" award I ran up to jump on. Another player on board shot me immediately (didn't even see her thanks proximity blips!!) I later learned it was part of a daily challenge so fair enough.

 

I'm hoping for "Players killed from Horseback with explosives" that explosive ammo will do the trick otherwise I'll have to use dynamite. I'll do it in the "Dispatch Rider" free roam event, may as well get some cash and extra XP rather then dynamite some randomer going about his day.

Has anyone managed to get the bonus for completing all activities? I'm not really inclined to start cluttering my inventory with unwanted weapons or playing modes I'm not really into for the sake of a little extra gold and XP but if the reward is substantial I would consider it...

0.1 gold +200xp each

+0.3 gold bonus for the last one

total: 1 gold + 1400 xp

indeed. think all the money you spend on guns you'll need. think of all the TIME it takes to do this sh*t. you can make more gold and cash if you do missions. and you don't clutter your weapon wheel. that's a NO-NO in any case!

I know what your saying. But alot of them I can intertwine with my regular in game activity and it gives me something else to try and achieve. I actually quite enjoy them. It's not all about the moneh boah!

Call me crazy, but I wont do dailies that require me to kill another player.  I have max honor an no bounty.  I'll do the others, but when R* implements anti-griefing measures, then instigates griefing, that's not okay.  Here's a challenge, donate 5 different animal carcasses to 5 different players. How bout help a player under 20 through a stranger or story mission.  Maybe something where it allows people to meet and greet, make friends, I dont know, maybe see if we can be better to each other.

The most f up one I can think of, is giving a challenge to interfere a stranger mission.

It could be done with friends. Xbox Live apparently have LFG (Looking For Group) feature for players to find similar interest, like going for achievements, XP'ing, grinding, gathering a group, roleplaying. Stuff like that.

 

Or other 5 players with the same challenge might be there in Valentine or Saint Denis, since they're popular bar locations? Or Blackwater, I don't know. What I have noticed was, other players, a posse of 5 players were following me yesterday when I went in cave system of elysium fall. I was looking for bat. They sent me message that they were looking for one as well. I spotted a group of players at moonshine pond hut - they were looking for bats as well. This morning with the new challenges, I noticed three players around lemoyne swamps, north of Saint Denis. I was guessing they were looking for herons to pluck. So yeah, the group of players could coincidentally join up.

 

The difference between 5 people getting drunk to interfering with stranger mission is that, the drunk might be annoying. Needs some coincidence or other like minded players. Some organisation. But interfering stranger mission, that kind of challenge promotes griefing. If it ever came, I don't even know if it could be stranger mission-free day where no one risks to start one in case of being buckwacked.

They're randomized because R* has learned nothing from GTAO about improving game play. If everyone had the same daily challenges it would push people to play more things together. If everyone had the showdown series challenges then there would be an uptick in showdown participation that day and fuller lobbies. Same for races, gun rush, story missions, etc. They could help push players into these different game modes, instead they just kind of vomit this stuff out. It's not as bad as GTAO where you would get a challenge that was nearly impossible to complete (participate in Capture Hold, participate in Vehicle Deathmatch, etc.) but that's only because they haven't fractured the game modes entirely yet.

Oh I just meant how the majority are easy. I've never completed all dailies nor have the intention to because there's always two or three with pvp involved

So today would be the first day I could potentially complete all challenges, joined King of the Castle to get the Repeating shotgun kills and get a free roam event in the bag. I got my kills and even won it, my second ever, lol. However I failed to load into free roam after that so it didn't save my progress on playing the event. Meh.

Repeating Shotgun appears in Showdown as pickup weapon. But which game modes and maps, I'm not sure. Need to look around. You could press pause > map and hover over all shotgun icons.
