Repeating cutscene on meth setup mission

I brought myself a motorcycle clubhouse with a meth lab. In order to for my facility to be of use and earn some profit, I need to do a setup mission: deliver a truck to my meth lab.    Simple enough if you are in a lobby without griefing asshats.

 

This is when the real problem hits.   When I successfully deliver the truck to the lab, I'm treated to an unskippable cutscene that tells me how my business works that keeps repeating and repeating.    Finding a new session doesn't even solve it, because I end up having to do the mission again.

 

 

 

Any tips or fixes?    I play on the PC version that was purchased off Steam.

I haven't had a problem with it before so idk if it'll just stop giving you those cut scenes, because it should of stopped when you changed sessions or restarted your pc
