alex0264 Posted February 24, 2019 Share Posted February 24, 2019 Quite a few years ago I had the WTC mod on GTA IV. I'm finding now however that when I start the game, you get past the point of pushing start and some of the characters come up on the screen, the game just crashes. When I would have done this previously it was on Windows 7, whereas I've been using on 8.1 and 10. Has anyone got this installed with either OS and fully working?
