Renny
While technically v1, I am using the Things To Do In San Andreas mod, v1.5.3, which can be found here which makes major changes to the main.scm file. Other mods, other than mandatory ones, include SilentPatch, Widescreen Support, SkyGFX and Remastered GUI if that matters. The problem that I'm having is that the game crashes whenever the first cutscene for 'Intensive Care' ends, so I would like someone to just complete that mission for me. However, I am not sure if that cutscene causes problems for everyone as I have been trying to troubleshoot it for many hours and haven't found anyone else having the same issue. If it does crash for you too, with a 'std.stream.dll' error then please let me know as I want to make sure I'm not the only one with that issue. Here is the link to my save file: https://gtasnp.com/jI0Z6u It will NOT work if you change the script version on the site, so you must have TTDISA installed. Jimmy
SilentPatch causes crash for that very cutscene. Remove it and you should be able to proceed with the mission without any issues. i5 10400F • MSI Z490-A PRO • XPG 16GB DDR4 3000MHz • MSI RX 570 4GB • NZXT H510 • Cooler Master MWE 650 V2

Removing the silentpatch .asi also caused my save to not load most of the time, but when it did load, the cutscene would still crash. If you would like to test my save without silentpatch I would greatly appreciate it, as now I'm not sure whether it's a problem my own hardware or software. It was the Steam version, but I downgraded using this downgrader:
Renny
Just tried a couple other things, all bullet points were tested using a reinstall of the game, and then a fresh downgrade + the cheat menu CLEO mod to play the mission directly after starting a new game. No SilentPatch, No TTDISA - Worked With SilentPatch, No TTDISA - Worked No SilentPatch, with TTDISA - Not Worked With SilentPatch, with TTDISA - Not Worked So it seems like it is an issue with TTDISA, however I am still not sure whether it's a problem for everyone or just me. Solution OrionSR Posted February 23, 2019 Solution Share Posted February 23, 2019 (edited) See if this save will pass the mission for you. <snip> I'm not terribly confident as it looks like the TTDISA script I downloaded gets patched as part of this mod. If it seems like it works, please confirm that the LV Crash missions are active. Edited February 24, 2019 by OrionSR Renny

Can't seem to edit my recent comment, but I've noticed this thread has been moved out of the Help section so I can't pick your answer as the best answer. Renny
@OrionSR If I may ask, how did you do that, as now I'm having the same crash but in 'Freefall', after the cutscene where CJ jumps from the Dodo to the Forreli plane. Here is the newer save file if you don't mind repeating your magic trick on it, but I would also like to learn how you did it in case it happens again <snip>

Thanks. @OrionSR did some magic to my save file and passed the mission for me, however even after that I had the exact same error for 'Freefall' and 'St. Mark's Bistro', so I think it's just a general TTDISA error. I guess it'll need to get an update before the mission are playable normally.
OrionSR
Sorry. There are no solutions to be found here. Basically, all I did was tweak the mission variables and whatnot so the game would count the mission as complete and move on. No effort was made to find a proper solution.
