I got a question to ask before owning a nightclub?

Which one has the best garage to store vesicles when coming in and out? I don't care much about the aircraft or missions stuff, I'm getting the club for the terror-byte and Oppressor MK 2. I'm aiming for one of these clubs, don't know which one yet. Del Pierro, Downtown Vinewood or Strawberry.I'll be doing upgrades for club to which I'm sure you have to do this also. 

 

If there's anything else I need to know, just let me know. I only own regular house properties since I'm not into the MC, Bunker and clubhouse stuff.

I just decided on one and I think this one will do, I checked vehicle garage entries for the ones I was deciding on and the downtown one looks the best. Thanks.

i can advice the la mesa one very much.

it has a perfect location with highway, ammunation etc. very close.

for aircraft spawns you have the sewer right next to it.

and the railway with its tunnels to both directions have helped me already a couple of times in business battles (if you take the crates to the nightclub and go through a tunnel many rival players get irritated where you are and cannot catch you in time until you are already at your nightclub garage).

Downtown Vinewood is the best pick you can ask for:

 

-Best garage access, you can come in to the Corona at full speed from the street without any need to slow down which is great for business battles;

 

-Staircases leading up to the rooftop in case you want to land and take off on the roof;

 

-Wide parking lot just besides of it, wide enough to land a Avenger;

 

-I can land a Pyro and Rogue in the road in front of it, and also take off from it;

 

-In general the location is the one that makes the most sense to me to be a nightclub, right on the same block of Vinewood's most famous cinemas.

 

Downsides are only the price and the  trash dumpsters on the entrance.

I think Del Perro one is the best. Two ways to get to the garage entrance, the front and back entrance are wide enough appart to safely leave the building should anyone decide to camp one of the exits, PA Spawnpoint at the beach, easy access to the highway, multiple bussiness battles spawn around there and a roof big enough to land planes and fit two avengers.

Vespucci Canals is great. Who doesn't want a club by the beach and marina?

I dislike like the entire Vinewood area. Traffic seems thicker and streets narrower. My vote is still for Strawberry. I'm able to land a buzzard in the alley next to the warehouse entrance pretty easy and it's a central location and close to most of my in-town properties . I like the paint can on the roof. I can spot it easy as I fly into the neighborhood on the mk2 or buzzard.

I like Del Perro, but mainly because of the area.

The alley access is pretty narrow, but that could be a benefit, I suspect that someone trying to blast you in that alley would have to be pretty well lined up to be able to hit, since the parking garage next door is pretty tall.

Vinewood's probably the easiest to get into in a hurry.

Del Perro one's pretty good I hear...can't say for myself though I got the Vespuci Canals one and the garage is slightly awkward to enter if you're not coming from the right direction....to say the least

I have Downtown Vinewood for character #1 and Del Perro for #2.  There is no comparison really, downtown Vinewod is better in every conceivable way.  Business battles easier and delivery missions with a full lobby possible because you usually get on the freeway going north and most of the action in the lobby is taking place away from you.  

 

Lots of room to land air vehicles ect as have been said before.
