The 3C Apartment is located on the building next to the pay and spray to the south - On the map its the big white square with grass around it. It's those pink walls with stairs leading up to doors. Just noticed another one. The moving trucks have Haul the right moves which is a reference to that 1983 Tom Cruise movie "All the Right moves". I havent played vice yet but the whole idea is very smiliar to scarface.. tommy is a little thug who takes over the city, just like Tony in the movie. - buying property . I also heard the car showroom in the game looks alot like the one in the movie. I wonder if tommy has tonys' 'not a man to be f*cked with' attitude? can anyone answer that?
