Geez, what a cheesy name for a car . It looks amazing though, and I will definitely buy it just to have an opinion on it, potentially collect it, and be able to compare it with my friends. But if it handles the way I expect it to handle because of the retarded handling flags, I can see a few people flipping out on Internet forums, including me!

 

Actually, a very good 2X event week all round!
Double output on ALL heist finales - fantastic for people who enjoy them.

And 2X on Arena Wars, which gives us another chance to get some of the awards and trinkets, and re-appreciate how good some of the vehicles are.

I was pleased with the last event week tbh, but I'm glad this week continues the good vibes. The weekend bonuses continue as well. I hate Doomsday heists for the aimbot AI, bullet sponge juggernauts and increased/random spawn system they use for the missions. It's not something I care to re-play (in normal circumstances). But I'm a high rank and I'm good at the game so I'm very excited to help my poor friends become less poor! I've been helping a friend I know IRL with this game and he needs this cash. Other gamer friends I've met here and elsewhere who still play this game live for the Act II glitch and it's nice that there's some real money to be made here this time.

 

It's tough to think of the set-up for Act I and III plus their finales but hopefully more friends will see the higher payouts and get on; therefore making the overall play-through fun again. 

 

The discounts, again, are on content people actually desire and utilize so that is also great to see:

From one awesome event week straight up for another. It's really great!

 

For one, I'm kinda relieved that selling guns isn't giving out double the cash anymore because that means I can actually shut down the game for a bit - haha. I made a crazy amount of cash this past week by doing that, crates, cars, hangar, selling nightclub goods, Doomsday acts, VIP and client jobs. In total, I must have made around 40 million dollars and couldn't be happier.

 

However, this also means that I won't be as active this week. I'd love to take the opportunity to grind these heists but, quite honestly, I need a (quick) rest from the game. Just got one very important thing to finish this Saturday...

 

Also, the Deveste Eight is a great car, in my opinion. Drives great and looks just silly enough to be amusing. Very happy that I got it. Plus, another t-shirt out of dripfeed hell is always a good thing - now they just need to decide to release the countless others still trapped in it.

 

Good luck for the people working in the heists this week.

Good event week, was expecting the car to handle like sh*t because of the advanced flags but was actually pleasantly surprised

I like the way Rockstar add new vehicles from little-used brands into the game, such as the Cheval Taipan, and now the Principe Deveste Eight. All I can remember from Principe before this was a stack of bikes such as the Lectro, Diabolos, Faggio and Nemesis.

 

And lo-and-behold the Deveste Eight seems to be one of the cars least affected by Rockstar`s weird new handling physics - thank God for that! I'm still struggling with real-life work, but later on I will add this to my collection. Good stuff!

 

And this is the last vehicle in the Arena Wars drip-feed if I'm not mistaken? Yep, just checked @Volganor's thread, and this is the last one.

It's been in the game since day one I think. You get that for being commended by other players as friendly or helpful.

Yes, but the threshold there is much smaller to get the exit right. If you don’t leave within that exact second, you’re in trouble.

 

My friend and I have had much more success with Act I simply because the cutscene to leave is much more forgiving.
