I agree that driving in Vice is great, but sometimes it's just nicer to be "warped" there instead of driving from, lets see... Vice Port to Nort Point Mall... Vice Port to Nort Point Mall... the only situation where I would want to be warped somewhere is if I am being timed, otherwise i just hop on a pcj and floor it to wherever.
