Once this DLC is downloaded and you log in you will be presented with an option. This is also permanent per character. Once you pick hero.

A: Stay normal nothing with change 

B: Become a hero. All businesses, foreclosed, proprieties, and cars will be sold for full price including upgrades. (does not include arena war) (you can pick three cars that are not specialized or weaponized to keep)

If you choose B then you will be put into a cut scene. Your character is watching your logo being taken off of your CEO building. Lamar pulls up to you on the side of the road. 

He walks up to you angry but not in a fighting mood. "Why? What changed your mind?". You look at Lamar and and walk down to your personal vehicle.

You will then get a call from a man named martian hex. "My name is Martian Hex I see you have sold everything. I don't think it's because you needed the money I think you had a change of heart. Come meet me at (Insert location here) if you want to talk." You drive to the location and it seems to be an empty beach until you see a giant bunker door open up in the water. You see martian hex walk out. 

You go through another cutscene. Martian explains that he is billionaire and he wants to make the world a better place he wants to take people who have fallen from grace and turn them into heroes.

He introduces you to Zeke his closest friend and a giant comic book fan (Preferably superheroes that already exist like marvel and dc heroes) he will be the guy that calls you to inform you from time to time.

Then he introduces you to Nadia the technicians expert she will be making you guns and upgrading them. Then He introduces you to Jaime the suit expert he will be adding a new game mechanic to GTA online exclusive to heroes. The suit system will allow a player to add three upgrades to their character ex: run faster, jump higher, reduced fall damage etc.

Finally hex will introduce you to Keith the automotive expert he will be making your vehicles which would the most advanced in the game so far.

Hex explains he wants to save lives but he's too old but your perfect for the job.

A hero would gain 200,000 a week for every case of property damage or citizen killed you will lose money from that 200,000. However for every kill you will double your weekly gain but will also double the money that can be lost. Destroying cargo in a business battle will give you a flat money gain. The intention is that people won't be reckless when killing people since they will have to not cause as little damage as possible. (Heroes would be on the same team and would not be able to kill each other) if a criminal is able to kill a hero that hero will lose 100,000 and per player kill they currently have they it will add 10,000

Bunkers could re bought but would serve a different purpose. they would allow as a giant garage and would also allow you to call any vehicle anywhere a bunker would also allow you to capture a player. Capturing player can only be done by completing three steps first. Step one mark a target. Step two take down said target with non lethal weapons. Finally take them as your hostage. Once someone has been successfully been taken to your bunker and their protectors are taken care of they will lose half of their current supplies you will lose 500,000 dollars but you will gain the able to raid their businesses. Raiding a bushiness will net a very large cash gain. 

Some examples for vehicles would be a very slow flying truck that would be like a flying turret fit with an EMP to shut down other flying vehicles. A boat that would be slow but have a cloak mode which would remove their blimp and would also make them invisible while riding in the vehicle. There are some vehicles that could be re bought deluxo, oppressor mk1 and mk2 the terrobyte, MOC, vigilante, scram jet, and avenger etc. You could take almost any super car and fit it with abilities but no weapons. Such as an EMP radial blast. A reel hook that could keep a car in place and super jump. 

Heroes would also have abilities to asset them. they can re spawn anywhere they want that is at least 50ft away from a target this wouldd cost 50,000 oout of the heroes weekly pay and other abilities in this similar vain.

Some weapon examples would be a gun that can slow any object to a complete halt before going into its original path at twice the speed after a few seconds. A ray gun that could heal an ally. And a homing launcher that would track far better then the original but instead fired emp rounds and would have half the max ammo and twice the reload time with no damage the emp would last 3 seconds. You could also upgrade the unholy hell-bringer the widow-maker and the up and atomizer however everyone would lose these from their inventories and they would be hero exclusive.

Now we have to talk about the downside of picking a hero. 1 you lose almost every job besides the doomsday heist. 2 you can't join a CEO or motorcycle club. You would completely lose the war stock cash and carry website and would have to buy things through martian hex. 3 you would not be able to play with your criminal friends as a hero.

 

Criminals would get some bonuses as well. All businesses would make twice the cash. Killing a hero would give them supplies and a nice stack of cash. You would gain twice the reward for winning a business battle as well. 

The point of this DLC is to cut down on the straight chaos of free roam. If heroes can take down greifers and get a reward then there will be a much more fun free roam. Heroes would also be forced to play safely to avoid losing money gain.
