Empty lobby.

I always join empty lobby! Why? Friends can't join mine and I can't join their.Sometimes I join in a lobby with a few players but they all leave!

Now I tried to join,I found finally 2 players,10 seconds and they left.I know it's a my problem :((((

If you are signed up to R* social club join a crew, any big crew Then try to join crew members from the menu.

Are you on wifi or have low bandwidth? Sounds like a poor connection.The game will separate you from other players if you're lagging the session. It forks the session into 2, with you in one and everyone else in the other.

Definitely bad connection. Either your internet is too bad, the router is too far or something is wrong on the wifi receiving end. 

 

I had the same problem years ago. The wifi receptor was crap to begin with and was so used over the pass of the years. I was frequently kicked out of sessions, heists and so on, made the game really unplayable. Replaced it with a new usb receptor and it works fine since.

My internet is very fine.I use my computer with the ETHERNET.Fluffy could you explain me what did you do?I didn't understand,sorry I am not good at english

If it helps,I can tell you how this started.2 days ago I was having inifinte loadings for the first time,then

You can try 1-use google dns; 2-check your settings with you internet provider, I was having a problem connecting to PSN despite my internet being fine and it turned out to be an configuration issue on my provider, something with IPV4 and IPV6; 3-buy a new router. Some of those cheaper routers dont last very long, maybe thats your problem. Hope it helps.

Are you blocking the outgoing ports in your firewall? 

Press the windows key / click the start menu and type 'Windows Firewall' or 'Windows Defender' - until "Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security" comes up and click that. 
If you have got a port or ports blocked for GTA they'll be shown here under "Outbound Rules" on the left side. If you're unsure, click "Export List" on the right side and upload the text document to something like https://pastebin.com/ and post the link here.

No,gtav is not in that list.

unfortunaly I changed the DNS to the google one but nothing.

i had similar issues a while ago and it was a problem on my network.

 

good enough to go online, but too weak to play with others.

I don't know many people using ethernet cable at this point. Is your cable too old/worn out? Replace it in that case.

I have 30 mbps(download) and 2.65mbps(upload).Rockstar says I can play normally with 3 mpbs(download)and 1mbps(upload)

But do be aware, not all the Support guys are correct, all the time. Sometimes the first respondent just gives a generic response with the second or third reiterating it, but the one after could be the one who actually gives you advice that works.
