I Have A Potato PC Whose GPU Isn't Much To Handle Project 2dfx Or Limit Adjuster But My Laptop Runs It At Higher FPS. I Want To Modify 2 Different GTA 3 And VC For Low PC And Gaming PC [Or Laptop] So I Am Totally Struck At This I Searched Many Times For This Problem But My Game Either Crashes Or Runs With The Same Slow Loading Particle So Plz Help Me.
