Mysterdogg Posted February 17, 2019 Share Posted February 17, 2019 GTA IV (and probably V too) has a system based on a bunch of textures that emulates a web design. For GTA SA perhaps the easiest way to recreate it could be by making a "Menu Mod" and add the corresponding textures to every section, so when you press a certain key, it will display an specific texture, then while being displaying that texture, if you press another key, it will display another texture, and so on and so on. Mods like "interactive phone" or "working laptop" are examples of that system. As I'm not a menu mod maker, I don't know the coding process, but any other scripter that knows how to deal with menus, could easily make a texture-based interface that mimics a web page.
