What Do You Do in GTAO that Nobody Else Does?

Are you the type of player who actually stops at red lights?

Or maybe your the kind that crosses the street only at crosswalks.

 

Maybe you go up Mt. Chilliad to hunt hikers?

Me, well... I'm the type who will follow an NPC for miles, without bothering them, just to see where they go.
I also like to plant Proximity Mines on the sidewalk of an overpass to watch NPC pedestrians get blown up and over the railing.
And start fights between NPCs.

Perhaps you like to go Passive and just follow another player around?
Or you join Survivals and use only Knuckledusters.
Or you like to perform Jazz Hands, The Docker, or Air Synth actions to the cops.

 

What are some of the things you like to do in GTAO that, you assume, nobody else does?

I also have an odd penchant for using my Panto as a bowling ball, where NPCs are the pins. Quite fun, really! Cheers!

I get joy from bashing objects and bowling over peds.

Things like fire hydrants and phone booths are great, but parked cars are good too.

The Phantom wedge is ideal for car bowling.

 

Even better is to get a wanted level then troll and coerce the cops into bowling over peds.

When I'm bored, I walk near a police station and kick random npc cars till someone gets out to fight me. Then I watch as the police 

gun them down for starting a fight. Some actually manage to get away. Saw one that looked like he had been killed, but got up

a few seconds later, and ran away.

Well I can't assume no one else does but I am yet to see others do it in a session.....line up pedestrians on the sidewalk and bail from the car so the door/myself takes them out.

Use the taxi to cruise around while taking a break to eat or do whatever. 

 

I imagine there's still a handful of players who play darts, golf, tennis or arm wrestling, but I'm one of them. Just wish I could get people to join tennis and arm wrestling

The hut with the ball on top in the hills, i nock it off and push it along with a car until it starts to roll down into the city and smash into peds, cars and stuff.

I used to go uphill near the observatory when i drove my cars after work, i just pretend that it's me in real life relieving some stress and smoke some ciggs up there with my car

I do sightseer flights with one of my blimps in public sessions. I'm not seeking for a fast death ofc, it's surprisingly frequented here and there and most of the time even jets flew by for a look without a shot.

 

And I join random heists, either the classic or the DD ones. I don't care which heist/setup is running and I surely stay for "Fleeca, Deliver EMP..." aswell as for "Rescue ULP, Avenger..." f.e. . I'll teach them any tricks I know and once they understand, try and proceed, I'll stay "almost" endless until its finished.

This I do.. Especially when they are making a delivery.. Just to give them the "Oh man he might come out of passive mode anytime".. Then I go almost till the destination of their delivery and just message, have fun guys..

I don't fight back when randoms shoot at me. That's a pretty rare one, I think.

 

A more common happening that I figure few others do, though, would have to be going hiking. I often take long walks around the world of Southern San Andreas - the mountains, the seaside, the cityscapes - and just breathe it all in. Best experienced with a good playlist, but silence and ambience can also bring a deeper level of thought to the walk. A bike or slow-going automobile or motorized ultralight glider can also be great vessels for meditation in the all-too-often violent world of GTA Online. I am still so bummed there's no yoga minigame in Online, because I'd do that all the time, too.

 

Oh, and I also kick every gas and oil can I find, just to see if it'll explode. Because my feet can apparently blow stuff up.

Can you Cargobob a Tug? If so, that might be the discovery of the year!  lol!

Makes me wonder if I could Cargobob the Dump or the Dozer? I'm sure I must have tried in the past.

If you see me driving anything that doesn't fit that description, I was forced into it.

On my 2nd char (female) I change my face quite often, to ugly ugly ugly, dress her up in a sexy outfit, then join random heists, just to watch the reactions. Most freak out. Worth it.

When at a loose end, I repeatedly run into a ped (usually female) until they die.

 

Sometimes you can trap them between your character and a wall, which kills them quicker.

 

It's a shame you can't pratt-fall in online, as I'd enjoy killing peds that way as well. =D

It's hysterical that I do that, too! LOL!! Nothing funnier than just trapping a overweight NPC against a wall and hearing them drop a deep sigh, and then their cash! And yes, I wish we could pratfall online. Stupid that we can't.

I pretend to be a bus driver creating imaginary itineraries all over Grapeseed, going through certain places at certain times. Another thing I usually do is minutes before closing the app I drive to my property, like I'm coming home. I was already kidding about getting my girlfriend home from work, at the place that is now the most expensive nigthclub in the game, back in 2016.

Always nice of course when one suits, but I just enjoy playing. I believe some are a bit spoilt by those 2x moments and get really daft when a week offers little extra.
