Lawley Posted April 12, 2003 Share Posted April 12, 2003 I have today found the durability of vice city and playstation are absolute 0 out of 10000000000000000000000000000 does anyone agree because my playstation was stood up on the side and my cat jumped up and knocked it it fell over and hit the wall this was while i was playing vice city it crashed the game and know the game wont work looked at the disk and my bastard playstation has put 4 large marks on it stopping it from loading Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But that's why they warn you about putting the PS2 in any other position than it's build to. If you're playing a game, and tips the PS2 to a angle of about 45 degrees, it will scratch the disc. Simple as that. Bummer anyways. I've never had any problems with my games nor with my PS2. It've always been positioned verticaly, and has never scratched a disc. I contain my discs in a Games Station 3 from Logic3, which protects them from dust etc. Vice has never froze on me, either any of my other games. So no, I don't agree, you just have to be carefull, and treat it as the expensive piece of machinery it is. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Lawley Posted April 15, 2003 Author Share Posted April 15, 2003 i got a fool proof plan that got me a new vesion of vice city for nothing first i bought a new version of vice city and 1 hour later replaced the busted disc with the new one took it back to the shop said it didn't work and asked for my money back and i did i got my money back now i still have the money to buy thePC version Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
