I only ask this because I had a "heated" discussion with my friend over what colour his hair, I said light brown but he said ginger but his partner, who is ginger herself, said it was a blonde colour. But i think it often comes down to style... the bushier the hair, the darker it looks. Sometimes even a little grey. On my cheap 4K TV that I bought at walmart 5 years ago (It's a 43 inch Hisense) I would have sworn he was a blonde. However on my new LG OLED it looks more like light dirty brown. The tone of it makes it look like he could be one of those people who had blond hair as a kid but then it darkened as he got older, so that it's basically brown but you can still see some like, golden in it from when it was blond. It depends on your eyes too. Each person has a different color perception. However I do believe brown is the intended color for Arthur's hair.
