GTA IV Armor, Health Kit, Pigeons (and etc.) Glitch

I've never really known the root cause of this but recently, whenever I go to armor, first aid kits, pigeons, or any available pickups in the game it's suddenly replaced with some other prop; e.g. health kits are replaced with darts and armors are replaced with pigeons or other props whatever you get the point. On an unrelated note, random textures are appearing in broker which I still do not know about and dates back before this pickups glitch. If it were because of mods then that wouldn't make sense since all the texture mods I have are vehicles and weapons, my other mods are just .NET scripts and iCEnhancer. Could it possibly be my game or just my save game is corrupted?

Processor - Intel i5-2310 2.9 GHz lmao sh*t

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1

I know this is 2.5 years old but I just figured out a solution to these 2 exact issues in case anyone else comes across them (I had the exact same weird map texture showing up in Broker + darts for pigeons). The map texture seemed to be caused by vehicle mods I had installed as add-ons (ie. not replacing existing ones). Unsure exactly which vehicle mod caused the issue, but I had several models that had been ported from GTA V: Torero, Virgo, Razor, Imperator, Asea & Jester. I think when there's too many models added to the game, or if some are too high-poly, it starts to make the game misallocate assets. I think these vehicle mods were messing with the pigeons too, but I also found that the pigeons being replaced with random objects seemed to be caused by Pickups mod by InfamousSabre. I also found a similar bug when using InfamousSabre's Silencer mod. Unfortunately even after removing these mods I had to start a new game as it had corrupted my saves. But there you go.

i have the same problem, sadly, and oddly i have your same graphics card, might it be the problem? game version is 1.0.7.0

Been experiencing the same issue, might have something to do with the 15 addon weapons I put into game in this case. First aid pickup in the hospital was swtched with a strangely large clock lmao. Been experiencing game crashes frequently too
