I have searched but cant find a list of all cars with these flags. Does anyone know of such list?

Remember that not all advanced handling flags are the same!

Almost all the vehicles from the Arena War DLC only have the bouncy suspension flag. The ones released before usually had more flags that affected performance in more ways (for the worse).

Thanks for the help, looking at selecting cars for racing that don’t benefit from hitting curbs and such. 

Looked at Broughys list on my phone earlier but didn’t find it, better get on a pc.

Most of the cars from the Arena War DLC benefit from curb boosting. As mentioned, they mostly only have the bouncy suspension, which makes them harder to control going over bumps, but they still get the speed boost.

 

The Hotring Sabre and Tezeract also benefit from curb boosting.

 

The following is a list of cars that should hardly benefit from curb boosting, although I can't quantify that claim. They all have at least four of the advanced flags though (F0000):
